The Ocean Villas Condos that sit next door to our Celebrity Resorts Daytona Beach Shores are currently under light construction. We spoke to the property manager and they are doing some work on their balcony railings. There is a lot of drilling and sawing involved which typically begins at 8am from Monday-Friday and can be very loud at times. They do not anticipate work to be done on the weekends for now, but at this time the work is anticipated to run through August of 2008.
